Question 1

Is a personalized Santa video free?

Accepted Answer

The preview step is free and, without provider keys, is a watermarked low-resolution sample. The full clip is $5.99, or $12.99 for three. The name is included in that price.

Question 2

Do you store my child's name?

Accepted Answer

Not in this build. The name travels with the preview request and is not saved. When live generation is on, the intended retention for the photo and the clip is 7 days.

Question 3

Can Santa say more than a name?

Accepted Answer

No. The spoken line is the first name once. There is no custom script and no message from a relative.

A personalized Santa video here is a 10-second camera clip in which Santa says your child's first name while leaving presents in your empty room.
