Christmas AI Video is for adults and parents. Santa Cam uses one photo of an empty room. It does not ask for a child's photo.
The room photo
In this build the photo is sent with the preview request so the server can run the empty-room check. It is not written to a database and it is not used to train a model. When storage is connected, the intended retention is 7 days, then deletion.
A child's name
The first name is optional. It is used only as a spoken line in the clip. This build does not save it. We do not collect a child's voice, face, or account.
Payments
Stripe Checkout is the payment path. Until Stripe keys are set, the buy button does not create a charge or an order. We do not receive card numbers on this site.
Analytics
Google Analytics and PostHog load only when their environment variables are set, and Google Analytics waits for your choice. Events we record are upload_start, preview_ready, checkout_start, purchase, video_ready, and video_failed. purchase is sent only after Stripe reports a paid checkout. A placeholder file does not send purchase.
